Business Like It's 1999...

1999 new technology was online plan rooms...the wave of information. Today it's MySmartPlans! In 1999 everyone said, "Oh, I have to have paper. This is never going to work." Today, the same thing rings true in regards to the excuses some people have for NOT using MySmartPlans. Here's what hear and how we prove them wrong:

1. "The SubContractor will never use this"::  We currently have over 10,000 subs using our system. They demand us.
2. "Architects will chose their own system":  Currently we have 2 of the largest Architectural firms using our system, one firm alone has 22 projects with us.
3. "It is not in the budget":  MySmartPlans advances the schedule as much as 30%, enough said!
4. "We have our own system":  Everyone that works with us has their own system. We fill in where theirs fails.
5. "The owner will never pay for this":  Invite us in to share with your owner. Be a leader not a follower. We have an 86% closing rate for owners. They see us and hire us on the spot.
6.  Attorneys: "You just put our paralegals out of work".  Priceless!
7. "We get electronic closeout now":  We are an organized, archived, electronic closeout that is started from day one!
8. "We can build our own system";  Really? We interviewed over 700,000 contractors to build our system. It's a basic concept - make it look simple on the outside and simple to use. However, there are over 200 steps the drawings go through before they reach the dashboard.
9. "We like burning CD's": Now, we are talking to the person who's family member is in the office burning CD's. We eliminate that process...we like to call that repositioning.
10. "We don't have room on our server":  We are a local application. We have our own servers that store all information. Or, if you prefer, we can reside on your servers as we do with the GSA. ,
